Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Go All In. All Game. These crispy, golden wings are baked to perfection and tossed in your favorite sauce. Paired with the crisp and crushable Athletic Lite, this combo is a classic that always scores big.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Chicken Wings, Flats and Drummettes
  • 2 TBSP Baking Powder, aluminum-free
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F
  2. Pat wings dry thoroughly
  3. Toss wings with baking powder and salt, coating evenly
  4. Arrange wings skin side up on a wire rack over a sheet pan, making sure that wings are not touching
  5. Bake for 32-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through
  6. Wings are done with browned and crispy skin and an internal temperature of 175°F
  7. Remove from the oven and toss with your favorite sauce….buffalo? Soy Garlic?  Chili Crunch?  
  8. Serve Immediately

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¾ cup water, ice cold
  • ¾ cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F, convection
  2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Add cold water until it is a smooth, thick batter. Let sit for 10 minutes
  3. Cut cauliflower into 2-inch florets
  4. Dip florets into the batter. Shake off excess batter and place on greased parchment paper on a baking tray
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes
  6. Whisk together wing sauce and butter
  7. Toss hot cauliflower with sauce and garnish with 1-2 sliced scallions

Serving

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip
